​Little Briar cottage is on one level with a paved access to the front door from the car park. The cottage is fully carpeted throughout apart from the bathroom which is tiled and the kitchen section which is laminated wood.

There is one door to the cottage though it is easy to instantly release the bottom pane of the lounge and master bedroom windows if an emergency exit is required.

Little Briar has an EPC rating of Band D (59) for Environmental Impact
