 7 nights start Friday for Little Briar 
7 nights start Saturday for Briar Steading

Short breaks of 4-6 nights can be requested between January and March or November to January  - except for the festive season -  at 60-90% of the weekly tarrif - If short breaks are available in the peak season they will be flagged in a yellow box.
NB: Christmas and New Year week short breaks will be based on 80% of the weekly tarrif for 4 to 5 nights and 90% for 6 nights. Request a quote.

• Prices are per cottage for a maximum of 4 guest (+baby) in Briar Steading and 3 guests in Little Briar, quoted in 7 night price bands 

 

• Briar Steading weeks start on Saturday and Little Briar on a Friday unless both cottages are  available to book together

• If short breaks are available they will be shown in yellow calculated as following: 

60% of the weekly tariff for up to 3 nights
70% for 4 nights
80% for 5 nights
90% for 6 nights 

• 1-2 pets welcome in Little Briar charged at  £25 during 2024​

Booking Briar Cottages Contact and Enquiry Form

Thank you for your interest in Briar Cottages self catering holidays on Loch Earn. Please send an email with initial enquiries using the form below.

​BACS: If you are paying via a UK bank account,  send an email to us with your contact address details, and the dates that you are requesting and ask for our BACS details to be emailed to you for on-line transfer booking.

Help? If you need clarification on any of the booking details, please do not hesitate to email or telephone. We do not accept PayPal, Foreign Cheques of Third Party transfers. See other terms.

Dates can only be confirmed when a payment is made: Booking confirmation, information on arrival, local shops and restaurants and other detailed information will be emailed to you once your preferred dates have been secured either with a 20% down payment or in full if the holiday starts within 8 weeks.

NB: It is possible to book Briar Steading Lochearnhead at Airbnb via Briar Steading Lochearnhead at Airbnb,  however please be aware that their services incur additional fees, therefore, the total will look different from what you see here.  Your contract will be with them and we will not have direct access to you to answer queries or have your contact details until you have paid them in full. 

NB: If you have previously booked via Holiday Lettings /TripAdvisor, be aware that they are no longer working with holiday let owners,  as of October 2024. We will honour existing bookings direct.  Anyone else can book direct with us or via AirBnB for Briar Steading only 

Insurance Thought about holiday insurance? Some UK residents do not consider holiday insurance for UK holidays yet would rarely travel abroad without it. We do not recommend any particular companies and our cancellation terms are fair, however, UK insurance is a small price to pay in the unlikely event that you have to cancel and where it has not been possible for us to re-let the dates for you.

Trust: Book with us direct to save paying additional fees with an agent. We have been operating Briar Cottages since 2008 attracting regular guests. You will find reiews about Kim and Fraser and both cottages across multiple review sites.  We are also members of the Association of Self Caterers Scotland and The Federation of Small businesses if you want to check our credibility via the industry professionals.
