December 23 Glasgow: Wow, what an incredible spot to vacation.We came with our 2 little dogs for some peace and quiet. That is exactly what we got. It is silent here. The cottage is fabulous.It has all the modern conveniences you need or want.The furniture is very comfortable. Kim +Hubby were very sweet upon arrival and left usn a Hogmanay gift which was non alcoholic. We can't recommend this cottage highly enough, Happy New Year. April 22 Durham "What a fabulous week we have had. The cottage (and the site) is gorgeous: a perfect size for us. We were well situated for cycling, paddleboarding as well as visiting friends and family. We can highly recommend using the cycle paths especially NCR7 Killin to Callander. Do go to Mallaig on the train from Crianlarich -it is all about the journey. Food in The Clachan was great. Kim and Fraser were the perfect hosts. Will be back!" Christmas here was truly magical made easier by a well stocked kitchen with everything we could need. We have had a lovely week amd lily enjoyed the garden and lots of walks. Would definitely recommend trying The Lochearnhead Hotel for food. We had a lovely meal in the dog friendly bar area. If looking for a cafe try the Tea Garden at Comrie Croft. Lovely setting and great food. (and cakes). We had some great walks around Loch Achray and Forest, Drummond Hill (Loch Tay) Inverary. And Loch Earn watersports is well worth a visit. Hope you have as much fun as we did"

Briar Cottages has beena perfect base, The warm welcome from Kim and Fraser plus the stunning location. All very special. Thank you September 2025: Notts:Dear Kim and Frasder. What a week wev'e had. We've enjoyed our stay in Briar Steading cottage. What a gem + that view is amazing. Thank you for your hospitality nd kindness. You're both doing a grand job. August 2025 Cumbernauls: Kim and Fraser what can I say. Out 4th visit here. Briar never ever disappoints. Had another fabulous week, Just over too quick. Here's to our next visit.
