​Little Briar cottage is on one level with a paved access to the front door from the car park. The cottage is fully carpeted throughout apart from the bathroom which is tiled and the kitchen section which is vinyl.

There is one door to the cottage though it is easy to instantly release the bottom pane of the lounge and master bedroom windows forward to create an escape hatch if an emergency exit is required.

Scotland’s Tourism Accommodation Register (STAR) is an innovative industry leading scheme designed to enable robust data capture of the Health & Safety compliance of accommodation providers in Scotland. ​

• Little Briar Cottage's health and safety is certified by Stirling Council under the new 3  year Scottish Short Term Let Licencing Scheme.  Little Briar Cottage can be found on the Stirling Council register under licence number ST00073F
• Little Briar Cottage has an EPC rating of Band D (59) for Environmental Impact and band D (55) for environmental impact 

• New Heat Alarms were added in 2022 and smoke alarms upgraded
• Pat Tests are completed by a professional annually. Checked and Passed 13th June 24
• A Fire Safety risk assessment is carried out annually and updated as relevant 
• Please read the fire safety procedures in the Quick Start guide provided for you on arrival
• Legionnaires: We are on mains water and do regular 3 monthly intense cleaing of shower heads
• Pollution Free - Briar Cottages rated "0" + "Low" at https://addresspollution.org FK19 8PU
• Briar Cottages achieves PCI DSS compliance annually via Worldpay from FIS in order to protect sensitive card data and safeguard against the risk of data security breaches. Current compliance valid until 24 October 2024
