Briar Steading is available for weekly stays (Saturday to Saturday) throughout most of the year. Short breaks may be available in winter months or when shown in yellow on the availability calendar. This is a pet-free property, purpose-built to offer a safe and comfortable environment for guests with allergies or sensitivities.

⚡ Electricity Use & Heating
Briar Steading is an all-electric cottage with modern heaters that can be set to timers for comfort and efficiency. To encourage responsible energy use, your holiday rental includes an electricity allowance of 250 units for a 7-night stay (pro rata for shorter breaks).

• Any additional usage is charged at cost, though this is rare.
• This policy helps us keep rental rates fair while encouraging responsible energy use.
• NB: We’ve never had to charge extra to date—your comfort is always our priority.
