The cottage is all electric with heaters that can be set to timer. Guests are awarded an average use of electricity units (250 for 7 nights) in their holiday rental price. Any additional electricity that is used will be charged at cost, payable before departure. Briar Steading cottage does not accommodate pets though pet owners may book Little Briar cottage and use the shared gardens.
